By taking admission or accessing the services of Target Classes Begusarai, students and guardians agree to abide by our institutional policies, discipline rules, and academic guidelines.
Academic Session 2026-27 | Applicable to All Class 9th to 12th Batches
1. Admission & Enrollment Terms
Admissions to Class 11th and 12th Intermediate Science (PCM/PCB in Hindi or English medium) are granted based on seat availability and basic screening:
- Students must provide accurate academic records, marksheets, and passport photos at the time of admission.
- Batch allotment and timing changes are at the sole discretion of Dr. Amit Sir and the institute management.
- The institute reserves the right to cancel enrollment if any submitted documentation or identification is found false.
2. Fee Policy & Refunds
To maintain seamless educational operations and expert faculty compensation, our fee regulations are as follows:
• Fee Payment Schedule: Course fees must be paid on or before the specified due dates in single or approved installment plans.
• Strict Non-Refundability: Once fee is deposited (whether admission fee, installment, or crash course fee), it is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances after 7 days of batch commencement.
• Receipts: Students must retain official fee receipts issued by the Kalistan Chowk office for all future reference.
3. Code of Conduct & Classroom Discipline
Target Classes maintains an uncompromising attitude towards student discipline:
- Punctuality: Students must arrive at classroom premises at least 10 minutes before the scheduled batch time. Late entry may be restricted.
- Attendance: A minimum of 80% attendance in lectures and Sunday OMR test series is mandatory. Continuous unexplained absence will be reported to guardians.
- Mobile Phones: Use of mobile phones, cameras, or social media recording during lectures is strictly prohibited.
- Campus Behavior: Any indiscipline, misbehavior with faculty or staff, or damage to institute property will result in immediate suspension without refund.
4. Intellectual Property & Study Materials
All printed study materials, Chemistry Reaction Roadmaps by Dr. Amit Sir, OMR test papers, digital notes, and video lectures provided by Target Classes are the exclusive intellectual property of the institute. Unauthorized photocopying, commercial distribution, or sharing with non-enrolled students is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
5. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
All institutional regulations, admission agreements, and legal matters are governed under the laws of India and are subject exclusively to the territorial jurisdiction of the courts in Begusarai (Bihar).
